Content describes Alu Smart Trading & Contracting’s capabilities, products and selected projects for general information. It does not constitute a quotation, technical approval, professional advice or contractual offer. Specifications, pricing, warranties and delivery are confirmed only in a signed written agreement issued by an authorised Alu Smart representative.

2. Enquiries

Submitting a contact enquiry does not create a binding contract. We may decline projects at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Intellectual property

All text, branding, photographs, drawings, designs, layouts and software on this Website are owned by or licensed to Alu Smart and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws worldwide. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited, except where mandatory law permits.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) attempt unauthorised access to our systems; (b) introduce malware or automated scraping that burdens the site; (c) misuse contact channels for spam or unlawful content; (d) misrepresent affiliation with Alu Smart; or (e) use the Website in violation of applicable law.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other services are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not liable for third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Project images and descriptions are representative. On-site conditions, approvals and final engineering may differ.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALU SMART AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website shall not exceed QAR 1,000 (or the minimum amount enforceable in your jurisdiction if higher mandatory limits apply).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alu Smart from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Doha, Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Before formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written notice to info@alusmart.qa for 30 days.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, labour disputes, utility failures or internet outages.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Website use and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
